Bespoke framing’s Privacy Policy

With effect from the 25th May 2018 the regulations on the way companies handle personal data for individuals within the EU is changing.

We would like to reassure our customers that Bespoke Framing takes the handling of our customers information seriously.

As a framing business, we hold information for our customers on a legitimate and contractual basis only. Such information will contain customers names; addresses; contact numbers and sometimes email addresses. We may also hold information relating to customers art and framing in connection with work that Bespoke Framing has been or will be requested to carry out.

Customer information will be retained for a maximum of 5 years from 1st May 2018 or from when the last work request has been completed and will only be used or shared with 3rdparties in relation to: framing work requested or contracted to be carried out; invoicing; guarantees; information and reminders as well as any changes to Bespoke Framing and our services that may affect our customers.  Bespoke Framing does not share data and information with 3rd Parties who are not connected or linked to our business relationship with our customers.

It is our customers’ responsibility to inform us about any changes to their information, so we can ensure our records are accurate and up-to-date.

Our customers can request access to any information we hold about themselves or request that we update or correct this information.  All requests must be sent in writing to info@bespokeframing.com or by post to: FAO: Alison Mahoney, Data Protection officer, Bespoke Framing, Ferndale Farm, Horsemoor Lane, Winchmore Hill, Amersham, Bucks HP7 0PL.

Any requests received will be dealt with as soon as reasonably practicable.
